The Application Process to the Rimon Program

The Israel Experience Rimon Program application process is divided into three stages:

The Online Application Form

The online application form includes: information about you and your musical experience.

Registration fee of $50 should be paid by credit card upon completing the application form using the credit card file.
Note - that application without registration fee will not be handled.

Music Audition

Mr. Kimelman- general and Academic Director of Rimon has given instructions, recommendation and tips about Auditions

You can choose from one of the following options:

The Rimon Music Experience Audition tour in the USA 2010

Audition tour for Jewish musicians who are interested in studying music at Rimon at with the MASA-Rimon Music Experience Program The auditions will take place in the New York area between the 12th and 19th of December 2010 For more information, click here
Rimon School auditions in Israel by the Rimon staff.

DVD or video

Send Rimon your music expression via DVD or link to youtube or myspace for your audition. Please include the DVD/link and the following 2 letters:
1. A letter describing your musical history. (Musical education, courses, band, performances etc.).
2. A recommendation letter from your music teacher describing your musical abilities.
Auditions at local music schools worldwide (in cooperation with The Rimon School)

Full Application & Additional Documents

(by regular mail)

Please note: The full application form and the additional documents should be sent only after receiving a letter of acceptance from the Rimon School

Medical Examination Form
Signed Statement on Standards and Responsibilities
Declaration of health from your therapist

Please send the full application together with:

500 US$ nonrefundable check / bank transfer to the order of the Israel Experience LTD.
You can also pay with a credit card, just download the credit card form and send it with your application documents.
4 recent passport pictures
A photocopy of your passport
Music References form (a type of recommendation)
MASA grant/ scholarship application forms can be found on the Masa website.
You can fill it in only from January 2009.
